MOSCOW, Sep 1 (PRIME) -- The Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant, a unit of Russia’s United Wagon Company (UWC), has signed an agreement to take out an 8.5 billion ruble 7-year revolving credit line from Otkritie Financial Corporation (FC) Bank, UWC said in a statement on Friday.
